Dragan started dancing in 1984, and only a year later in 1985 he founded the first private dance school in Yugoslavia, and in 1987 he founded the VRAČAR dance club.
Dragan founded numerous dance organizations in Belgrade and Serbia: Dance Association of Yugoslavia, Dance Association of Belgrade, Association of Dance Leaders, Teachers and Coaches of Serbia (Dragan was president from 1991 to 2014), 3P (Project of Progressive Programs) Dance League of Serbia, Dance Association of Serbia and finally ProDance, an organization for the international promotion of dance.
Dragan graduated with a degree from the World Dance Professional Federation (WDC), and the title of Operational Dance Coach at the College of Sports and Health.
Engaged in pedagogical and professional work for more than 35 years, as well as a sports dance coach, he and his couples have won over 15 National Championship titles in all age categories.
As a dance judge in the WDC (professional dance federation) and WDSF (amateur dance federation), Dragan is the only judge from Serbia at the biggest world competitions, including the World and European Championships.
